My name is Monique Mark founder of MoQa Sweets located in New York City. My culinary niche was evolved from a Caribbean background of Jamaican and St. Vincent parentage. With exposure to many diverse nations such as Asian, pan African, middle Eastern, Italian and European, thus which has brought my unique melting pot of diverse cuisines and pâtissière baked selections stands out from the rest.
